President and Founder Bill Swartz has completed over three hundred searches since 1982, and has developed a reputation for integrity, success, and loyalty, and is singularly unique in his particular blend of passion, intensity, and candor. He is fortunate to be joined by his wife Pam, who focuses on operations and marketing, and his son Andrew, who handles research and web strategy.
